What is the process for ordering a Helen Reid design?
1. Send Helen a quick message via her Facebook page to have a discussion about which design you want to order.
2. Helen is able to create invoices on my website so she can send you an invoice and you just click through to pay it.
3. Helen will send me the image you are wanting to order.
The Process After Your Order Is Placed –
The kit will take approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive at your home from your order date depending on many factors. It also may be less than 4-6 weeks.
The process is as follows –
You place your order
The kit is ordered from the factory
The canvas is printed – this can take up to 48 hours just depending on how busy they are.
The glue is poured onto the canvas and left to set – this takes 2-3 days depending on humidity and temperature variations
Once the glue is set the cellophane is added to the top of the glue and the kit is packaged ready to ship.
The above process generally takes 1 to 1.5 weeks.
The canvas is then packaged together with the other items ordered and shipped express to us. At the present moment there are some shipping delays particularly with less planes flying due to COVID. There can be delays either side of Chinese New Year and on other Chinese holidays.
We have had express packages arrive to us in 7-10 days when everything works the way it should.
Once it arrives here we check it over and then ship it on to you. The time it takes to get to you depends entirely on Australia Post.
The best idea is to plan for 6 weeks from the order date and if it arrives earlier that will be a bonus treat.
