Members of our website are able to log in to their account to check their orders, and also access special pricing on some items. You should always log into your account before you place your order as it saves you having to enter all your details again.
So how do we log in? If you are on a desktop computer or laptop it will be easier. First scroll down to the very bottom of the page where you will find our page footer. It looks like this –
Click on “My account” which will lead you to this screen –
Put in your username and password – if you cannot remember the password you can click on lost password and reset your password.
Once you have logged in you will be taken to your personal dashboard, where you can look at orders you have placed, check the addresses you have saved, see your saved payment methods and change your password.
You can click on any of the items in the sidebar to see more. For example – here is the orders page.
